The movie holds special sentiment to me as artist comments explain with the piece : systemcat.deviantart.com/art/Bolt-and-His-Pizza-492594822Given what I had just been through shortly before seeing it for the first time and part of the movie's theme, I think you get why I like it. Iron and Steel remember is the fourth large story. You might want to get through the earlier stories before diving into it. Where are you in reading anyway? Last to my knowledge you had started working on the first one. A forwarding note I think I should apprise you of. My IG AU has a barrage of various DiC series cameos in it. You encountered two when reading the third Gadget Boy story. On that first Inspector Gadget story only one exists. Can you guess by mild description who those cats are bothering Brain? Anyway these bits of DiC trivia and other media trivia are tucked all over the AU. Now on DeviantART you can download some of these stories in PDF format if you don't want to surf every time to find them. They're all titled like how they are on FF.net and heck you'll even notice extra content I couldn't present to FF.net. For example on extras: comic shorts / a tourist guide to Metro City / a low down on the PDL system. This is the official hosting site for Iron and Steel updated Tuesdays & Saturdays: Comic FuryThis is where I stuff nearly all IG related content in my DA account, updated as soon as I produce a new page: DeviantARTPeople know about it, it's just most everyone doesn't care. If you decided to read it, you'd make my third reader to the series. I'll be sure to check on Tuesdays and Sat

I've seen formatting like this before of the double spacing you've presented here. Just out of curiosity was the story written in one program and then copy & pasted into WordPad? If so how to avoid default double spacing is right clicking on the file and prompting it to " Open with " -> command to WordPad. That way you aren't presented with double spacing but normal spacing instead. I can tell you were rushed because the details felt on the sparse side. It also it's easy to tell at least at a guess which canon version is your favorite. While that is recognizable it is nice to see how you spun it off into your own creative direction . Also is this story giving a glancing crossover or full on crossover with Bolt? That's a little hard to tell. If just names are being used I consider that a glancing crossover. Full crossover would have many more elements of the other fandom. A quick note here "glancing crossover" isn't an official term, it's just wording I use. I consider crossovers on FF.net to have gray areas some times and what you've done might fall into that depending on how you enlighten over this. < I could go on and on about that subject but I don't want to rant preach. There is one author on FF.net I just shake my head at for being bad about how they mix in content. But on the other hand I accept mild crossovers done by other authors since with their work it comes across as fitting. >

Oh! It's a slight crossover and thanks for the tip on using wordpad Bolt is my absolute favorite fully animated disney movie and I just HAD to have a bit of similarities to him... It was hard to picture her all alone cause it would be a bit too dark and i needed to base the dog on a smart, brave one like bolt. It was written in grammarly BTW. Did you like the song? It took me six rewatches of the sherlock episodes to get the correct lyrics AND change it LOL Thanks for commenting Your fan Inspector TARDIS

In other words, I only added a little bit of similarities to bolt and as for the scooter part, it's not entirely from the movie. I literally trained my own dog, Tron( yeah I know, naming my dog after a movie character) to do that! He's a German Shepherd though and I might add some similarities to my dog in Joan's dog. So yeah, I don't really count it as a full cross over but what you call a glance crossover. Hopefully you don't mind! I'm still coming up with ideas with Joan's dogs character so It's not entirely Bolt Bolt ya know? Thanks for commenting Your fan Inspector TARDIS

As for thoughts on the song, melancholy but fitting. Advice if you want to add a song in later to your work. When I used a classic rock song in Iron and Steel, I found a website which had all it's lyrics written down. Such a site can be a massive time saver for you.
