So, I was going to wait until Christmas, since there is a prolog, I decided to post that today. Chapter one will still come on Christmas. Hope this catches you! www.fanfiction.net/s/11672603/1/

Given it was a preview, what is the normal length you expect it's chapters to be?

Given it was a preview, what is the normal length you expect it's chapters to be? 2-4 thousand words. If you look at some of my later Kirby chapters, that should give you an idea.

Actually after I made that post I did go back to look at the Kirby stories to get an idea of length. I think it was the latest one I took a gander at. Early on in that one did you give a little typing lesson? (0u0) And yeah 2-4 thousand words is impressive! But I have to tell you given how much spare time I have for reading, I'll be going a different route about how I get through the story. While I'm doing my art, I'll be listening to it through a good text-to-speech program. I hope you don't mind that, I do that with 90% of the stories I pick up online especially if they're long ones.

Yeah, I use the (0u0) symbol to separate parts of the story. It was a bit easier to do for Kirby than for Gadget, due to the simplistic character design. Whatever works for you!

FF.net was messing up when I tried to post some thoughts on the chapter there. So please forgive multiple postings of the same review note if that happens.
Past what I had to ask about over there. It becomes clear fast you're using bits & pieces from around the fandom. I guess this is because of a chat with my boyfriend the other night when we were talking comic books, but more specifically Superman books. That while I know businessman Irving Scolex is the result of the live action movies. Yours lightly makes me think of Lex Luthor given how John is going to be a powerful opponent to him later.

That's what I was going for. My version of Claw started out more like his movie counterpart, but as time goes on begins devolving more and more into madness. I did take the name Scolex from the movie, but his first name is actually from 2015. I like to write what TV Tropes calls Patchwork Fics. A little bit of all versions, tied together with fanon. I hope you like where I go.

I'll be listening to it while finishing up working on the short comic story later today. I will give it a review afterwards.

I just got through the second chapter. Doctor Claw is more of a bastard in this version, and poor Gadget.
