oh wow, I hope you stay safe and warm, gizmo2015. hopefully it won't be too bad. *hugs*
no snow storm here, but we are just getting a lot of rain and high winds here in South Jersey... but high winds are the norm when you are living next to the Delaware bay, even though we went through 2 major hurricanes in the recent years and somehow our lights stayed on. lol!

Ow, that makes me feel glad I'm no longer living at the Flying J truck stop in Penns Grove. I'm sure it verging the Delaware and being right beside a pond & swamp, I know what would have happened to my home. Currently Canton is having this snow storm not make up it's mind. Almost steady snow with sun in and out. ... I swear I'm the only person right now who believes the front of the shelter should be clear of snow for people who need to get inside it.

How many inches of snow did you guys get over there? that's very messed up that they didn't clear the front of the shelter.

Yikes! Stay safe bud! We recently had a nasty flurry which wrecked our internet a bit, but thankfully it's cleared up.

Unknown and I don't think it can be easily checked. Snow - freezing rain - snow. Somewhere over a foot at a guess. The night watchman who lives at the shelter 24/7 doesn't see it as his job to keep the place neat. But for the love of what the place is, he should care better. To my knowledge he's just been in one room for over 24 hours, not keeping an eye on things. I wish I could stay safe. It's freezing in the RV. I'm rarely moving away from the space heater which barely works and my once fresh fruit is now semi-frozen. Posted this image to FB this morning:

It seems to be over. Now I just have to worry about something one of the ladies running Homeless Outreach told me last night. Tomorrow it's going to be 4 degrees at one point in the morning. The space heater is no where near the overcab, so this should be fun. Two other photos have been taken, neither says something good to this situation.

I will like it even better when the snow melts.
