Man, that sounds like it beats the hell out of my fave of lemon tarts. You got so lucky. No one has ever made me a special birthday food. ( Begins to wonder what sugar free pastries can be ordered online. Locals shops tend to carry jack. )

Cause they were just sooooo very good! Family owned business, they were there for years! Back before I was even born I do believe. But just this past year, they closed up! Damn shame really! I think there was a death in the family, or something along those lines. And they just...closed shop! Made me cry! People use to come far and wide, to that bakery, cause they were 'really' that good! You probably heard of them Cat, Easton Bakery, in PA?

You probably heard of them Cat, Easton Bakery, in PA? Doesn't sound familiar but I can make an easy bet members from both sides of my family would know of it. My mom's half NJ, my dad's half PA. I think it's bad on buying things all be it not baked goods, I automatically think of I assume New Hope. ... It's been a while since I really got to take in PA. ... Off subject but maybe you might know an answer to this or anyone else that knows the area. I intend to go south the moment I can afford to, meaning back to Texas. But there are places in PA I have missed and at least want to park-er-camp by shortly on route. The trouble spot is Longwood Gardens. They don't allow overnight parking and the near by KOA is to expensive. Any thoughts? I know of a cheap place in the Philly area but that's for other tourist reasoning and Longwood is too far away from it.
