Do you think claw used to do his own work before he got minions ?
How do you think Claw's hand got injured in the first place ? any thoughts on this ? just wondering.

Yes, I think before he became MAD's leader he had to do a lot of leg work to get there. As for his hand, what says it's injured? I can't think of an example from the series. The first movie yes, but then again that was a robotic replacement known on screen to be.

Hmmm, good question. for what I could remember from the episode "Gadget Meets the Clan", Dr. Claw always had somebody to help him out since day 1. it seems like Dr. Claw was involved with the mafia since he was a baby. (it will always be unknown on how he got involve with them in the original series) and the mafia will always back up their people when one is on need. however, there might be at one point when Dr. Claw was his own since he became a "mad" scientist, but he will always know when he needs somebody to back him up.
As for his hand, it seems like he covered both of them with medal sleeves and gloves. the reasons will always be a mystery.

True, I often wonder myself, same thing with his face. like I said in another post, his agents and including Penny look in horror when they see his face, so what ever happened to him must've been from an accident where it effected his upper body or maybe whole. however in the episode "Japanese connection" and other episodes you do see some "hand motion" and "shadow" scenes where he does walk, so what ever happened to him didn't seem to effect it.
