Does anyone have questions about the pages posted so far? That would be pages 1-11. If you do have questions, I'll try my best to answer them if I feel they ( the answers ) won't act as spoilers to the story at this point.

( Eating popcorn & watching classic Doctor Who, gets a popped cornel caught in mid-mouth out of shock in seeing a post here. ) Um, a counterpoint to M.A.D. . H.A.P.P.Y. stands for: H: Hector A: Agents P: Providence P: Protection Y: Yare It's not only meant to be that counterpoint but also explanation to budget, travel, and how Gadget became a cyborg. The organization is internationally supported so it has great funding. That's how missions overseas can easily happen. It's spider webbed across & mainly beneath the United States. It's considered main entrance which is a real town on the map is Riverton, Minnesota. But it has minor establishments in lots of places including Metro City. While it's mainly unknown to the general public what HAPPY is truly, most outsiders see it as an insurance provider for healthcare. I figured "Happy Healthcare" seemed like a non-questionable name. With forced thanks to everyone must have health insurance in the US, this is what forced John/Gadget to pick a cheap provider. Not kidding on picking a real Riverton here: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Riverton,_Minnesota

Welcome! If you have any more questions later about the AU I've invented don't hesitate to ask them.
