Has anyone else wondered where Gadget gets the energy to power his gadgets? One would guess that would need to be a lot of power, and we never see him have a battery or plug.
My guess is some sort of food-to-energy system that allows him to get energy the same way he would have as a human: eating and drinking. After all, we have seen him eat, and in large quantities, too.

This is something I've given thought to and I think once relayed in a PM either here or on FF.net, what I have come up with on the idea. Micro-sized turbines fixed into his major arteries which power a generator for his mechanical parts.

Micro-sized turbines fixed into his major arteries which power a generator for his mechanical parts. sounds like that could work. That would no doubt explain why he still needs sleep even if he is partly machine.
