That's ok, and no but technology is involved. Yeah, they're known to a point. In the second story Gadget suspected Alan was using his cape outside missions. As for how much are Metro City Police aware of what hes doing. This later puts him unsure how to deal with returning a stolen item he snags off one of the bad guys.

Ah, so now I see what all your work with Icarus Finch and his bird minions were for.
I'd take Quimby at his word, Alan. Pushing boundaries is not a very safe activity, at least if you like being employed.
Nice page. Good luck on 45!

Yeah, and remember he wasn't an original part of the plot, but I easily figured out how to fit him in which actually helped the as I call it the "Metro City Plot" given there are different ones running through out this story. The presents of this villain fills a gap that otherwise makes the story more complex than it should be. ..That I think gets cleared up writing wise in a section to come. I'm sure you'll spot how this is. Today has been very long given most of it centered around wasting gas traveling around town in preparing for the trip which starts next week. This as the result of that got started much later in the day than I normally start doing a page's art. Here is page 45 minus boarders, color, so on. Why I'm showing it is I think it's a shame how some of this is forced into being covered up later in the artistic process.

I like how you avoid showing his face by the way. Yeah, I know what you mean by a gas waster day. I hate those. Hope things get better soon.

Dealing with your ex is never easy, especially when work also causes issues.
Also, Dr. Claw, graduate from the Kylo Ren school of anger management.

(Page 45) I had to Google that reference not knowing it had come from The Force Awakens. Hee hee ah, Doctor Claw being given a Sith comparison. Oh, some one make fan art on that please. (Page 46) Actually aside from background goons, you'll see an agent used in the trilogy that has never appeared in comic art before, but once in concept art. Thanks, and it is going to get even rougher on the MAD side.

Okay, no one who torments small animals like that can be good. Looks like Louis and Terry will be having some major trouble soon.

Also he has attacked people who worked on the Trinity Bomb project and all the good guys too. Louis for quite a while it's going to be a mystery to readers where hes disappeared off to. Terry however is the one who more needs to worry.

Alan, dodging the question is not the same as answering it. (Disapproving finger wag.)
Nice page. Good luck on the next one!

Yeah, and you know from spoilers of talking about that proposed round robin where that goes. ..That and you've seen the script for what I've decided is the following page. Which I know you didn't see this part of the script but it is explained how Penny got back home from the cat rescue. I feel really bad about the timing of leaving for my vacation with it halting events at page 48 for the comic. After page 49, which returns focus back to essentially the RAGE aspect of the story, things get more interesting. Coming up fast after that are a couple things becoming clearer about MAD's current activities in Metro City, and the dividing of the good guy teams.

It's so hard to work on a project on the road. I've done multiple hiatuses for similar reasons, and due to my love of suspense, they often land on cliff hangers. Enjoy your trip, and we'll still be here when you get back. I'm looking forwards to seeing where this goes. Good luck and Bon voyage!

Man, if that's his response to hitch hiking, John would have a heart attack if his Penny pulled some of the stunts Classic!Penny pulled.

Ah, I almost feel it's a bad thing the next few pages go pass him chewing her out about that. With the next few pages it's a bad guys focus, well first a focus with the RAGE ones, but I consider Callen & Harb's kind ( which I won't say what kind here ) play an oddly neutral role to that status. Also now I'm wondering who to write & draw fully first on those childhood stories. Both John and Penny are tied.
