Page 72 So, with the cyborg animals, are they distinct to an agent, or does MAD consider them assignment tools? This goes three ways. . Distinct to some agents: This is shown with Amazon Annie on her ownership of Tanner. . Tools: The break-in gang used on Gadget's house back in story one. Also the currently being used Tailless in committing robberies. . Pets: Bruce's ownership of Thumper. These barriers are crossed around for some agents. - Tanner is assigned to Annie, but at the same time is a tool. - Thumper is more a pet, but is used some times as a tool. Alright, that seems about what I would guess.

I realized after writing that I forgot other examples of tools & assignments. - The police dog in story two was a tool. - iRogue's shrews by interesting definition could be called assignment.

Page 73.
So, a bit of backstory for the MAD agent, and it seems he's having some trouble.

I love the fact that Finn has a bow tie while Dirk has a more business style tie.

Page 74 I love the fact that Finn has a bow tie while Dirk has a more business style tie. Thanks! I didn't want their neck wear to match like it does with their canon versions, even if there was a clear coloring difference. Also Finn wearing a bow tie lends into a joke I want to do with him down the road.

Glad to see a bit more of the Gadgetinis.
Out of curiosity, who do you imagine as the voices? After all, I doubt it would be the same voice system as the cartoon.

I have given that thought and for the most part I've drawn a blank at it. I have to say I still find it beyond cool I got a voice actor to do a recording of the third story. But he wasn't voicing each character, he was only trying to make his toning fit whatever was taking place in the story. Before he started the job he did ask how to make things sound and I told him not to do an impression of Adams voice or similar ( although I did say if he wanted to he could mess with his speaking when they're deep inside Mt. Everfrost. He didn't change his speaking for that section ). The reasoning being while it's very clear what this is all based from, I still want it known it's not the same thing. Once in a while I do try to picture which actors & actresses could play these guys if it were for film, and for the most part even with that the fantasy casting on is hard.

So we learn a bit more of one split up. I had to chuckle at Penny's blunt promise there. Brian's family, and you don't send your family to a kennel.

I'm guessing the bit more of information is that Alan's never cared for a dog before? That goes in turn with my reply to Gizmo2015 on DA. Penny and Alan don't always get along and it's normally her doing or saying something not very nice to him. Justified and unjustified this has come up more than once. Her snapping at him once outside from the burning house in story one ( well justified ). Pushing him and saying mean remarks to him in story two ( not justified ). Also and I failed to remember to write this in to artist comments. A bag shown in the very first piece of concept art for Iron and Steel finally got shown on this page. This was done a short time after finishing the third story:

It appears they have more of a lead that Alam had supposed. Hopefully he'll be able to find out more, though I doubt it will be easy.

The rest haven't been noticing what is going on yet, but Penny yesterday knew something had to have been up since she encountered Bruce shortly after the run in with Finch. Also I finally saw The Force Awakens the other day and in an instant caught which scene you used for comparing my Doctor Claw to Kylo Ren. Damn, that was almost like a mirror scene playing out! I feel great to have written Claw's reaction to Annie's news to him before having seen that, just so no one can say I copycatted the moment.

Temper tantrums are run of the mill when it comes to villains.

I just had to ask, but which version of Quimby inspired yours? I mean, I don't think I've ever seen him written the same way twice.
