Neat! Thank you ! This is how that got used ...about a full day of drawing with currently a very relaxed sleepy tabby pushing me to the side of the couch. Oh, I know about animal furniture hogs.

I just noticed mistakes which need fixing before I can start coloring.

I'm posting this to explain something which wrong impressions could be made from it when seen differently. Skye is giving John a friendly tickle attack. There is nothing inappropriate going on. The idea behind it stems to my own interaction with my brother back in our pre-teens into mid-teens. We did playful attacks on each other. I figure this is likely common among siblings. When the table is shown you can't see where Skye's lower hand is. PS: More has been colored here, but that can't be seen since the layer with the color is hidden in this shot.

This is over a day of work, and was started almost right after finishing Light Bulb's update for the week. ... I swear the line art for other sections wasn't as complex what I've had to do for this section. What gets me is the next section has it's own repeat environment. A store which is later totaled. Terry's way of dealing with Professor Venom's snakes has had me in an artistic debate for a while on exact presentation even though I know what will take place in the story. This is not in the story, but it sure makes me think about that scene. You can thank never deleting things from Photobucket and the CanIhasacheezeburger site from a very long time ago for this ...

I kinda know what you mean. I'll spend days writing out certain scenes and others fly by like nobody's business. It's kinda weird how that work. And yes, holding on to things often does come in handy. I'm glad things worked out!

And yes, holding on to things often does come in handy. I'm glad things worked out! What strange with my writing is what I consider daunting are action scenes. But when the correct way to handle them pops into my head, my hands fly on the key board and they're written faster than drama. ... Of course in turn they then need the most proof checking after being written. With this next section again I felt the need for 3D setup to always have layout in check. ...Graces it was a pain the the butt to find the *shelving for this! (*free) The colored thin bricks tell me where walls are.

I just want to show this in rough before it's shrunk down & refined. This takes up nearly the whole of what is a single comic page.

Thanks guys! The line art likely is going to be finished tomorrow morning. This afternoon by mistake I stepped on a bed of rusty nails and had to drive to Stat Care for a Tetanus Shot.

This took most of the day to work on, and yes it's a little bit of a spoiler. But I'd like to give explanation here to why this was done. This isn't even full art of a panel! Thing is the panel is so visually complex I have to draw & color it in very separate parts. Size-wise ..well you guys know everything is always drawn larger at first. Why it's coloring was done at the same time it's formal lines got drawn was just so I could color with full details intact. Explanation further: With Corel Painter Essentials 4 lines would blur and look pretty much not usable when their size was changed. Back when working on page 59 for the first time in learning Manga Studio, I re-sized Finch and learned this software handled re-sizing lines much better but not quite. I still had to correct how things looked. page 59: systemcat.deviantart.com/art/Iron-and-Steel-Page-59-601658722So by page 94 in drawing with the software I knew better how it could be used. iRogue's dart board was the test to seeing better handling of re-sizing with the addition of color added. Nothing had to be fixed. page 94: systemcat.deviantart.com/art/Iron-and-Steel-Page-94-613712633

Get this, I've been working most of the day on the comic and only one panel has been drawn so far. The rest of that work was spent drawing poses meant to be used in section 30 on my Surface while at my boyfriend's work place. Eight pieces of art, one partially made. Here's page 137 panel 2:

The whole day today has been busy and it's only just now I've finished the rough line art to page 140. This page also has me about to attempt something I've halfway been dreading for months. Creating a brush for Manga Studio. If I fail in that it means this page and the next one will take more effort to make.
